Welcome to the Victorian Vocal Academy. We offer singing lessons in all genres from beginner through to professional level for adults, teenagers and children at our studios in South Yarra and Sassafras. 

Our lessons are run in a friendly and encouraging environment and we are dedicated to helping all our students whether they wish to be a professional singer or to nurture a passionate hobby through fun, engaging lessons, workshops and student concerts.

Director Annika Tregonning leads an incredible team of experienced and award winning teachers, Dr Ian Andrew, Dimity Shepherd and Tahlia Murphy. Our teachers are highly sought after and experienced industry professionals who are committed to helping you achieve your own personal singing goals. We are passionate, caring teachers and our goal is to support all our students singing and career dreams. 

We have successfully trained students in AMEB music exams, VCE music, university entrance (VCA, WAAPA, Monash University, NIDA etc.), numerous short and long term courses, Eisteddfod’s and competitions throughout Australia and overseas including The Voice Australia. VVA students have also been accepted into music programs with the highly regarded Stella Adler Academy in New York and Los Angeles, won gold medals at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Long Beach, California America (WCOPA), have gained full school music singing scholarships and many have gone on to have professional careers here in Australia and overseas.
